Telling time in French: quelle heure est-il ?

Il est… heures
To tell the time, say il est, the number and heure: Il est une heure. Il est trois heures.
Heure has no s for one o'clock, but takes one from two on: une heure, deux heures.
Add et quart for quarter past and et demie for half past. "At" a time is à: à dix heures.
